Hireworx Recruitment Management Systems, aka HRMS is a comprehensive web-based, Software as a Service (SaaS) application that streamlines the process of recruitment; thus easing the tasks of recruiters and hiring managers by simplifying, automating and tracking the entire hiring process of organizations. This HRMS provides a single platform for the recruiters and human resource personnel to not only source and hire active and passive candidates but it also provides the ability to stay connect with these candidates. HRMS contains integrated Applicant Tracking, Vendor Management, Customer Relationship Management and Contractor Management System - thus provides one platform to companies to hire and recruit candidates through different sources such as Internet, Job boards, Internal Referrals, Third part vendors and agencies.

HRMS is a product of Technology Rivers currently in the development phases. We are planning to release the product under the open source and commercial licenses.
